I want to be skinny and *tough*! LOL

I started this workout yesterday. Took it off Mia’s Training Facebook page. It requires endurance but it really isn’t too intense. I plan to build a delectable body for the summer. This is expected to happen through home exercises from bodyrock.tv, TaeBo (LOL, I know right!) and Mia’s training program. Oh and Mr Branson’s gyms!
